Gregory A. Petree, President/COO
Mr. Petree joined AmeriCare Health & Retirement in 2005 and has served as its Director of Acquisitions & Development for medical assets since that time. He acted as the owner’s representative during the development of Building D, a 34,000 SF medical office building addition at North Coast Health Center located in Encinitas, Ca. He was responsible for marketing and leasing the new building which was delivered 94% leased by the end of construction and 100% occupied shortly thereafter. He was also the project manager for all tenant improvement projects.
In 2007, Greg took over all asset & property management responsibility for North Coast Health Center.
In 2009, he helped create and found AmeriCare Medical Properties, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of AmeriCare Health & Retirement. He now serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of this new company.

Greg is a native of San Diego growing up in Solana Beach, Ca. He returned to San Diego County after working more than a decade in the San Francisco Bay area in business-to-business marketing & advertising for companies such as Oracle Corporation, McCann Erickson, and J. Walter Thompkins. He now lives with his wife and two sons in Del Mar, Ca, is an active triathlete, and loves to travel.
